Temperam-se os bifes com sal (usei sal fino) e pimenta acabada de moer.

Entretanto desfaça a mostarda na cerveja.
Regue os bifes com a cerveja e deixe ferver em lume forte cerca de 5 minutos.
Sirva com batatas fritas e saboreie com cerveja bem fresca!
